Ordering Policy

Please read this important information carefully:

By purchasing products from this site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein. Seataccomputers.com reserves the right to change the terms and conditions listed here at any time, and without any notice.

Shipping :

Seataccomputers.com utilizes UPS and/or FedEx for order shipping. Please allow 3-7 business days for the package to arrive at your location after your order has been processed.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards for your shopping convenience.

Seataccomputers.com only ships orders to the address that is provided as the billing address and on file with the credit card company. IF you would like your order shipped to a different address, please contact your credit card company and have this address added as an alternative address to your file. We do not ship any orders to P.O.Boxes.

Returns:

To return a product (except CPU) you must first get an RMA # by calling us at 206-542-1971 within 7 days after receiving the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. There is a 15% re-stocking fee charged for all returned items. Customer is responsible for shipping costs. Software and Full Systems sales are final. A copy of the original sales invoice must be sent with all returned items.

Items must be un-opened and in re-saleable condition. Returns are subject to the approval of our store manager. We reserve the right to refuse merchandise that is damaged, missing items, and/or incomplete. Consumable items including CDR, CDRW, Zip, Floppy disks, printer cartridges are not refundable.

Warranty:

All items (except CPU) carry a 30 day defective exchange warranty for the same item, after which manufacturer’s warranty applies. End of Life or Discontinued items are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances. If we find the product to be non-defective after testing, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to the product and the customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product back to them.

Systems Warranty:

All complete systems (with operating system installed by Seataccomputers.com) carry a 1 year parts and labor warranty. Barebone systems do not fall under this category. System warranty is voided if any of the warranty tags are missing or damaged or if other components have been added by the customer. No warranty is given for conflicts or problems caused by software or viruses. Seataccomputers.com assumes no responsibility for incompatibility between products.

Privacy Policy:

We will never share your email address, phone number or credit card information with any 3rd party except as necessary to fulfill transactions that you initiate.

Seataccomputers.com uses information that we collect from our customer to personalize and improve your visit at Seataccomputers.com. We gather the following types of information:

Information you give us : Seataccomputers.com collects information which you enter on our Web site. This information is normally provided when you search, buy, or when you communicate with any of our departments such as customer service, sales or technical services through our Web site, telephone, mail or fax. You also provide information when you establish an account with us. Examples of the type of information you may supply us with include your name, address, telephone number, credit card information, e-mail addresses.

Orders: If you place an order with us online, we use a secure order form which requires you to provide contact, billing, and financial information. This information is transmitted to your credit card company to authorize your purchase. All information obtained from you in the course of transacting orders is used for the purpose of fulfilling your order in a timely manner and for communicating the status of your order with you.

Credit card companies and shippers : When you purchase a product from us we send your credit card information, name, billing address and the amount of your purchase to your credit card company to verify and authorize the purchase. Your name, telephone number and shipping information must be provided to third party shippers such as UPS, Federal Express and the United States Postal Service to deliver your purchase.

Typographical Errors:
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Seataccomputers.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Seataccomputers.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Seataccomputers.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount that was charged.
